...Simply really f-ing lost!!!!!
Somehow, I got sucked into a world that became about everyone else BUT me again!!!
So, I'll begin with a snip-it...my highlights are a mess, my old sneakers still look new and my at pants are clenching me like a vise!!!
Gone is October and the whoa is me attitude...this past Thursday I walked passed those two huge bags of Halloween Candy and said "F 'em"...Moderation is not in my vocabulary...for me, it's all or nothing so...
Tons of chicken and water with a hilly 6 mile run planned for Monday morning, before long I'll feel like me again!
Apologies in advanced that I am letting the rest of you fall wayside but if I don't act NOW, I'll be nucking futz by the end of next week!
